EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) EFT is one of the cutting edge tools to free yourself of unwanted emotions. It’s based on Acupuncture therapy discovered by Ancient Chinese, EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and NLP(Neuro Linguistic Programming). With EFT, we unblock the disturbed energy - the cause of all negative emotions is the disruption in body’s energy system. What EFT it used for?If we talk from broad perspective there many uses for EFT:

How to work withEFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): It can be used to remove negative emotions or physical pain. Think about what you would like to release from your life. This way you are collecting the whole aspects of unwanted energy. Count the scale of feeling from 0 to10 before you start tapping. Then gently tap on certain points of body as shown in image.
Once you are ready to release the energy of negative emotions, start tapping with two or three fingers on the blue points. While doing this repeat the sentence ‘Even though I have this _______(pain, depression or fear etc), I accept myself deeply and completely’.
“Even though I have this fear of not making enough money, I accept myself deeply and completely’.
Repeat it for 3 times. The number of taps on one point is randomly from 5-8 (It doesn’t matter if you do more or less). Next points to tap are in between eye, side of eye, below eye, collar bone and the side of your arm. Instead of repeating the whole sentence you can just say ‘I have _______’. It’s not necessary you follow the sequence of tapping points. Again you can do them randomly. Results are same. After completing one round check your emotional scale. Sometimes even one round is enough to bring emotion to zero while other times several rounds are needed. So keep tapping until you really feel ‘free to zero’. Regardless of any dominant negative emotion like depression or anxiety, you can use EFT everyday for 5-10 minutes in general to increase your self-esteem, attract abundance and keeping yourself healthy. Here is the tip: While you tap on any point of body randomly, repeat the following affirmations and feel them as they are already true, 3-4 times:
- I attract abundance everyday.
- I am a money magnet.
- I love to live a life of fulfillment.
- I receive divine guidance at every step.
- Love is all there is.
- I receive money from new sources everyday.
- I am the happiest person of the world.
- I am thankful for all I have right now.
You can make your own in present tense against anything you don’t want. For example: If you are challenged financially then say ‘I am money magnet. I have more than King Solomon’s treasures!or everyday I make more than sufficient income. I am born to be abundant and wealthy etc’. After tapping for 4-6 weeks, you shall notice the energy changes in your life. You may think after few days that tapping doesn’t work but remember persistence is the key.
